Hi All,
I have recently completed demonstratios for both the Canterbury Society of Art (a still life 'flowers') and for Herne Bay Society of Art (Watercolour landscape).
I have now completed all of my paintings for the Parallax A.F and frames. I'm please with them, but I always think I could do better!
I'm sure you are the same, it seem to me that part way through a painting I actually work for the painting, it is at this stage creativity begins and I don't know what the end result will look like.
My studio was in the 30's today, can't expect much else with a flat metal roof. Even with two fans working no difference was noticed. Should have more sense! This is why usually, in the summer months, I work in the evenings.
I have just replenished the paints in my French easel and I'm looking forward to painting outside again; but with pre-planned events it wont be for about a fortnight. Roll on!
Roy
